Jon Reid revisits the Single Responsibility Principle and argues that the usual “a class should do one thing” shorthand misses the point — the real test is how many different reasons (and stakeholders) could force a change. A useful reframing for anyone who has watched SOLID discussions devolve into arguments about how small a class should be.
